Who we work for
We plan and build IT infrastructure for companies, hotels, property managers and private estates above a certain size. Typically several buildings, an outdoor area that needs coverage, and people who would rather not think about technology.
What we do not offer is the quick appointment for a single device. There are good colleagues on the island who will be with you sooner than we can – and who are the better choice for that job. Our work begins where planning is required.
What we do
Networks and structured cabling. From conduit planning during the shell phase to a measured, documented installation. Fibre between buildings, PoE, separate networks for guests, administration and building services.
Servers, storage and backup. On site, in the cloud or mixed – decided by what the internet connection at your location actually delivers. With a backup that still exists when the building does not.
Video surveillance and access control. Cameras that are worth something at night, properly cabled, correctly signposted and viewable remotely.
Groundwork for smart home and building services. We build the basis: conduits, network outlets in the right places, reliable wireless coverage, a plant room where everything comes together later. The control system itself is your electrician's or integrator's job – but none of it works without proper infrastructure.
Support afterwards. Updates, monitoring, one named contact. No queue to join.
How we work
1. Survey on site. We measure instead of guessing: construction, distances, existing cabling, internet connection.
2. A concept with figures. You get a plan, a bill of materials and a price – and you know what stages two and three would add.
3. Implementation. With our own people, coordinated with architect and electrician, documented at the end.
4. Ongoing support. Because an unmaintained installation looks after two years exactly like the one we just replaced.
What it costs
Quoting a figure upfront would not be serious. Two houses of the same size can differ by a multiple – depending on how many buildings need coverage, what the walls allow, whether cable routes exist and what is to be maintained afterwards. So we measure on site instead of guessing. The consultation itself costs you nothing – we only charge for the journey, and we credit half of that back once you place the order. After that you have a reliable figure on paper.
What we can say beforehand: we are not the cheapest provider.
The difference is rarely the hardware – it is the planning before and the care afterwards. An installation built twice costs more than one built right once.
Availability
You get a name and a number, not a hold queue. In German, English and Spanish. For faults on installations we maintain, we respond the same working day; whatever can be solved remotely, we solve remotely – even while you are abroad.
Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca
We are based in Mallorca and work here daily. We take on projects in Ibiza and Menorca on request – for work where the journey makes sense, typically complete installations rather than single appointments. Ask us; we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
FAQ
Do you also work for private clients?
Yes, when it concerns a whole property – finca, villa, estate with several buildings. If it is about a single device, a local colleague will serve you faster; we will tell you that on the phone straight away.
What does a first consultation cost?
The consultation and the concept including a price are free. We only charge for the journey – and we credit half of that back if you go on to place the order.
Do you take over existing installations?
Yes. We inspect them and tell you what can be kept and what should be replaced – with reasons, not blanket statements.
Do you speak English?
German, English and Spanish. Your contact stays the same person.
Do you work in Ibiza and Menorca?
On request, yes – mainly for complete installations. For single appointments the journey is not worth it for you.
